Can I photograph more than one child?
Absolutely! Many of our sessions involve entire families and kids. Brothers and sisters are more than welcome to take photos together. Both packages include up to 3 participants in your session. The session fee is included with both packages, and each family will receive one Limited Edition Enchanted Portrait (8x10 with The Garden or 11x14 with The Kingdom). We allow enough time in our sessions to capture both images together and individually.

What do I need to bring to my Magical Session?
We aim to make our studio a hassle-free, smooth, and fun experience. That's why we provide everything you need for a fully immersive experience! This includes dresses, warrior wardrobe, floral crowns, tiaras, pixie dust, wings, and all the props your child needs to step into their fairy tale. If you have a special outfit you'd like to include, we'd be delighted to photograph your child in it. Please arrive with hair styled and ready to go, so we can capture the magic!

What can I expect from a Magical Session at Enchanted Fairies?
You can expect an unforgettable, magical experience designed to make your child feel like the hero of their own fairy tale. Our Certified Master Photographers are experts in creating a joyful, empowering environment. We're so confident that you'll love the experience that we offer our Memories You'll Treasure Guarantee – if you're not thrilled with the results, we'll offer a complimentary re-shoot or work with you to ensure you leave with portraits that truly capture your child's magic.

What is the cancellation process?
Your session fee is due at the time you schedule your portrait session. Your appointment cannot be reserved until the session fee is paid. Due to our limited schedule, session fees are non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session with a one-week cancellation notice.

How much does the Magical Session cost?
This special offer includes two all-inclusive packages at Enchanted Fairies. Both include access to our storybook set, all signature poses, wardrobe for fairies and warriors, and up to 3 participants. The Garden ($67) includes a complimentary 8x10 Limited Edition Portrait. The Kingdom ($97) includes a complimentary 11x14 Limited Edition Portrait – one portrait per family, per 365-day period.

Will there be an opportunity to get our own photos and videos of the experience?
Absolutely! You can capture your own magical moments on your very own red carpet before or after the session. However, please note that guest camera or phone use is not allowed in the Magical Session camera room to ensure we capture the best professional shots possible.

Do you provide wardrobe?
Yes, we offer a size-inclusive wardrobe specially designed for our Enchanted Fairies guests, with sizes ranging from Infant to 24W Plus. We also provide warrior outfits from Infant to 16Y. Three fairy dress colors are available at each location.

Can we bring our own costumes?
While we provide a beautiful selection of fairy and warrior costumes, we understand how special this occasion is. Feel free to bring your own outfit to be photographed in – we're happy to accommodate your unique style! (Note: limited to one per session, licensed costumes are not permitted)

What about hair and makeup?
Please arrive with hair and makeup styled as you'd like to be photographed. This ensures that you and your children look picture-perfect and ready for your Magical Session.

My fairy would like to wear something more warrior-ish, is this okay?
Of course! We believe that confidence is best worn when everyone is comfortable and able to express themselves. Whether your child wants to be a fairy or a warrior, we support their choice and will make sure they feel empowered.

My child has special needs – will my portrait artist be able to work with them?
Absolutely. We are committed to ensuring that every child has a magical experience. Our portrait artists are trained to work with children of all abilities, and we'll collaborate with you to ensure your child feels comfortable and included.

Will I be able to purchase additional portraits?
Yes, in addition to your complimentary portrait included with this special offer (8x10 with The Garden or 11x14 with The Kingdom), you'll have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits. Our wall portraits come with different options for finishes and frames, so they match the decor inside your home. While there is no obligation, should you decide to purchase, investment at our studio starts at $200 and includes the artistry and all magic effects in each of your enchanted images.

How long is the Magical Session?
Your family will have at least 20 minutes with one of our Certified Master Photographers. We'll capture all signature poses during this time, ensuring a complete and magical session. After your session, we'll schedule a Zoom ordering and portrait premiere where you'll view your images and select your complimentary portrait.

Is it just for kids or can adults join?
Magic has no age limit! Our sessions are designed for families to create memories together. We offer inclusive wardrobe options from Infant to 24W Plus for fairies and from Infant to 16Y for warriors, so everyone can join in the fun.
