What do I need to bring to my Magical Session?

Nothing! We provide dresses and knight wardrobe, floral crowns, tiaras, pixie dust, wings and all that you and your child will need to make this an immersive and beautiful experience. If you’d like to bring in a special outfit, we would be glad to photograph your child in it in place of our wardrobe! Please make sure hair is styled and ensure your children and yourself arrive as you would like to be photographed.
What can I expect from a Magical Session at Enchanted Fairies?

You can expect you and your child to have a magical and unforgettable time in a time and space dedicated to make them feel empowered and thrilled. Our Certified Master Photographers have curated a transformational experience, and they can't wait to share it with you. The phrase that comes up more often in our reviews is parents telling us their children said "this was the BEST DAY EVER!"
Is my $49 Refundable Booking Deposit Really Refundable?

Yes, our artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalized one-on-one service while we create your family’s artwork. So that we may accommodate you with the level of service you deserve, we do require a $49 fully refundable deposit. Spaces are limited. This is to secure your portrait session and is refunded at your photo premiere. We require 1-week notice to cancel or reschedule your portrait session.
Will there be an opportunity to get our own photos and videos of the experience?

Yes! Make sure you arrive on time to receive the extra magic of walking on your very own red carpet where you will be able to capture your own photos and videos for TikTok with the wardrobe and wings either before or after the session. Note: Guest camera or phone use will be prohibited in the Magical Session camera room.

Do you provide wardrobe? (What dresses are available at my location?)

Yes we do! We have a size-inclusive line specially made for our Enchanted Fairies guests! At any location you arrive you will find 3 fairy colors to choose from with sizes ranging from Infant to 24W Plus! Below are the two dress styles that are currently touring the country! Can we bring our own costumes?

While we provide all-inclusive sizing in our fairy wardrobe in a selection of colors, we know how special this occasion can be. Please feel free to bring your special outfit to be photographed in!
What about hair and make up?

Please arrive as you would like yourself and your kids to be photographed. Make sure any hair and makeup is styled and ready for your Magical Session upon arrival!
My fairy would like to wear something more knight-ish, is this okay?

Of course! We feel confidence is best worn when everyone is comfortable and expressing themselves in any way they choose to.
My child is special needs, will my portrait artist be able to work with them?

Because of our work with special needs charities and organizations, we are committed to ensuring the forest is welcoming to all. We encourage your help to let us know how we can present ourselves the best way to ensure your child has a beautiful experience.
Will I be able to purchase portraits?

If you win the GRAND PRIZE package, have already viewed your images, and have placed an order for additional portraits, hand painted pieces, or storybooks with our studio... you will be refunded the amount of your prize value.
Is my gift transferable?

After my photography session, what’s next?

After your magical photo session, you’ll schedule a zoom photo premiere. Here you’ll be able to view all the images from your magical session from the comfort of your home. There you’ll be able to pick your free 8x10, have the option to order any additional portraits, and discuss same day specials with your Portrait Consultant. Clients have told us that viewing their children’s portraits together with Mom, Dad, and the kids was a really special experience and a nice reminder of what’s most important in this world, our family and kids.
How long is the Magical Session?

Your family will have at least 20 minutes with one of our Certified Master Photographers. During this time we will capture all poses during your magical session. To ensure you have a complete and magical session, kindly take into consideration the potential for traffic and parking delays to arrive on time.
Is it just for kids or can adults join?

You’re in luck! Magic has no age limit ✨ Memories are more magical together. We have all inclusive fairy wardrobe from Infant to 24W Plus and knight outfit sizes from Infant to 16Y!

What does your certificate cover?
